The new SI2000 series analyzer from Picarro is a reliable,
easy-to-use, compact spectrometer, optimized for long-term stability and low
maintenance cost. CRDS laser analyzers do not require field calibration, exhibit virtually
zero downtime, negligible consumables cost, and require less than 15 minutes to
accomplish a complete analyzer validation annually. Enclosed in a standard rack and
paired with a multi-port sequencer and datalogger, these analyzers are currently
installed in major FAB locations, monitoring in real-time cleanroom air and FOUPs down to ppt level concentrations.
